I just said to Simon that I wasn’t sure what to write about today and he told me, very casually, that he had gone up a level in lexical! That is certainly worth writing about! Well done, Simon – all that hard work paying off! Lexical memory is the capacity for remembering words. Difficulties in this area result in having trouble remembering individual words and the names of things eg the days of the week, the names of colours and/or the names of people.
That has made my day and, more importantly, Simon’s!
