Back to the routine.

With Games of Thrones in the background behind me, and all the gory noises that go with it, I am not feeling too inspired tonight! Suffice to say, Simon had a good day, culminating in neurofeedback and a session at the gym, where he started off grumpy but was happy and working hard within 5 minutes. Emma had a good day and so did I, walking for the first time in a while larapinta, party, italy, malta, london, peterborough 487with our parents walking group – such a treat, all the glorious autumn colours glittering through the rain at the Trent University Nature reserve, and then a cuppa at Sam’s deli with Lynette.

Simon is excited about Ben’s imminent arrival, his very good friend from Riverview. He is on his way now!
